Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in America, is an actress. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group with actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. Her movie career started in the early 1980s, when she appeared as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck also appeared. She appeared as a character in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy which followed her first success. Even though it had an budget of just 1 million dollars, the film's profits exceeded $50 million. Meanwhile she had also started being featured in various shows on TV like CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April 1980, the show started airing. It was intended for young people. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she was a part of. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister, a film about a super hero with Sheedy as the role of a tiny cameo. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her stellar performances among them an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
